Yes, Search is so much than just plain old web search! The innovation and new developments around search goes way beyond just Web Search and just Google. No I don’t work for Google, but I do work the company that is one of the leader in the world of Enterprise Search and continues to be one of the thought leaders in Search in general. Additionally, having worked for the the company that is currently the undisputed leader in Enterprise Search in my previous job also helps in my credibility rating.
I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Computers) from the University of NSW Australia and am currently studying for my MBA at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. So needless to say, I am a technology geek with a slight interest with the business side of things. More importantly, I have a insatiable appetite for information and hence my obsession with the wonderful world of SEARCH !!
